1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StagePass.AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StagePass.AI is an online portfolio platform for performing artists. The Service lets users create public profiles, upload media, use AI-assisted tools, receive booking inquiries, and share their work with industry professionals.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must provide accurate information, including your birth year, and keep your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, as described in §4. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts.

4. Minors and Parental/Guardian Consent

For a performer aged 13–17, a parent or legal guardian must provide verifiable consent before a profile can be published, and by providing that consent the parent/guardian agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf and is responsible for supervising the minor's use of the Service. We apply additional protections to minor accounts by default (no search-engine indexing, hidden precise location and physical details, a disabled public contact form, and restricted AI processing), as described in our Privacy Policy. A parent/guardian may review the account, request deletion, or withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

5. User Content and License

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By posting content, you grant StagePass.AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote that content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service (for example, showing your portfolio to people you share it with). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in routine backups or as required by law. You represent that you have the rights to all content you upload. 6. AI Tools and Your Likeness

StagePass offers AI-assisted tools. Inputs you submit are processed by third-party AI providers to produce results (see the Privacy Policy for details). AI output is a starting point that you are responsible for reviewing and approving before publishing. We do not use your name, image, voice, or likeness to train AI models, and we do not create AI replicas or digital doubles of you without your separate, explicit consent. You retain your rights of publicity in your name, image, and likeness.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes intellectual-property or publicity rights
• Upload sexual, exploitative, or abusive content, or any content sexualizing a minor
• Impersonate another person or entity, or post another person's information without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect user data
• Post misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content

8. Booking Inquiries

StagePass.AI facilitates communication between performers and industry professionals. StagePass.AI is not a party to any agreement between users and does not guarantee the outcome of any inquiry or booking. For minor accounts, the public inquiry form is disabled.

9. Verification

StagePass.AI offers optional identity verification. Verification documents are stored securely and used solely to confirm identity. A verified badge indicates StagePass.AI has confirmed identity — it is not an endorsement.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. StagePass.AI may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon deletion, your profile, media, verification documents, and associated data are removed and any active paid subscription is cancelled, subject to the retention exceptions in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StagePass.AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
