By accessing or using StagePass.AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StagePass.AI is an online portfolio platform for performing artists. The Service allows users to create public profiles, upload media, receive booking inquiries, and share their work with industry professionals.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to StagePass.AI. By posting content, you grant StagePass.AI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content as part of the Service. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect user data
• Post misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content

6. Booking Inquiries

StagePass.AI facilitates communication between performers and industry professionals through booking inquiries. StagePass.AI is not a party to any agreement between users and does not guarantee the outcome of any inquiry or booking.

7. AI-Generated Content

StagePass.AI may offer AI-powered tools to help generate profile content such as bios and taglines. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and you are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated text before publishing.

8. Verification

StagePass.AI offers optional identity verification. Verification documents are stored securely and used solely to confirm your identity. A verified badge indicates that StagePass.AI has confirmed your identity — it does not constitute an endorsement.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. StagePass.AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your profile, media, and associated data will be permanently removed.

10. Limitation of Liability

StagePass.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. StagePass.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
