2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and display your public performer profile
• To send you booking inquiries from industry professionals
• To provide analytics about your profile performance
• To verify your identity when requested
• To send weekly digest emails (if you have activity)
• To improve the Service and fix issues

3. AI-Powered Features

StagePass uses AI to help generate profile content such as bios and taglines. Your profile information may be sent to AI services to generate suggestions. AI-generated content is always labeled and requires your approval before publishing.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

• Public profile: Information you add to your profile is publicly visible by design
• Service providers: Email delivery, file storage, and database hosting partners who process data on our behalf
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect rights and safety

5. Verification Documents

Identity verification documents (headshot, photo ID) are stored in a private, access-controlled location. They are reviewed only by authorized StagePass.AI staff for verification purposes and are never displayed publicly. Documents are deleted when no longer needed for verification.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data — including your profile, media files, inquiries, testimonials, and analytics — is permanently removed. Verification documents are also deleted upon account deletion.

7. Cookies and Analytics

StagePass uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We track profile view counts and referral sources to provide analytics to performers. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information on your profile
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your profile data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing (bcrypt), and access-controlled file storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. Children's Privacy

StagePass.AI is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
